How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track My Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Do you ship out orders over the weekend?
No. At this time, our warehouse is only open Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will most likely ship out on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
Why does my tracking number say "not found"?

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to every country in the world!. If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed after my order is placed?
Yes, we can. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can upgrade your shipping method. However, if your order is already in shipment, we can no longer bump its shipping speed. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com for more info!
What shipping carriers do you use? Do I need to sign for my package?
We currently ship orders with USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Under normal circumstances, you do not need to sign for your package.* The delivery person will leave your package in your mailbox, on your doorstep, or with your building's concierge.
*USPS Express and FedEx packages may require a signature.
My package was lost. What now?
Just like anything else, mail carriers are not 100% accurate. If you think your package might have been lost, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue or get a replacement package shipped out to you.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We proudly support our troops and offer discounted shipping rates to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific addresses.
