What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, PayPal and Amazon Payments. We do not accept personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time. -
How long does it take for my refund to process?
We process refunds daily. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. If you paid via PayPal or Amazon, the refund will be issued to the same card/account associated with your PayPal or Amazon account. -

Why is there a pending charge on my account?
When a charge is declined it may show as a pending charge on your account. Depending on your bank, this charge will fall off within 1-3 business days. We have not collected any money from you and you will receive 100% of the "pending charge" back to your account. -
All of the prices on our website are listed in USD. Please keep in mind international orders have a currency exchange rate, which may raise or lower the total amount you are charged.

During the checkout process, you will see an order summary page that contains a space for a gift card or discount code. Simply, input your code and hit "apply." No, you can only use one discount code per order. You are able to use a discount code and gift card on the same order.
