    Yes, we do! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75, Canadian orders over $100 and International orders over $200!

  • Do you ship out orders over the weekend?

    No. At this time, our warehouse is only open Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will most likely ship out on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We currently ship to most countries that accept USPS, DHL, and FedEx. If you do not see your country as an option during checkout, please contact us at support@belovedshirts.com and we will look into it for you.
  • Can I upgrade my shipping speed after my order is placed?

    Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to that order. This includes upgrading or downgrading shipping options. If you need to cancel your order you can email us at support@belovedshirts.com within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you.
  • What shipping carriers do you use? Do I need to sign for my package?

    We currently ship orders with USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Under normal circumstances, you do not need to sign for your package.* The delivery person will leave your package in your mailbox, on your doorstep, or with your building's concierge. *USPS Express and FedEx packages may require a signature.
  • My package was lost. What now?

    Just like anything else, mail carriers are not 100% accurate. If you think your package might have been lost, please contact support@belovedshirts.comand we will look into it for you. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue or get a replacement package shipped out to you.
  • Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    We proudly support our troops and offer discounted shipping rates to Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific addresses.
