We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order, you can email us at info@belovedshirts.com within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the production and/or shipping processes; unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
Don’t worry though, you can process a return within 14 days of the date you receive your merchandise and send it back to us. Keep in mind that we don't process returns for custom items due to their unique nature (we can't resell them!). For more details, see our Return Policy.
